Jeison Aguilera Guzmán
Architect · Founder of PROIECTA
Architect graduated from Universidad de América (2011), MBA candidate at MIU City University Miami. His background combines architectural design and construction documentation with the coordination of high-end residential projects in Colombia and the United States.
He currently works as Assistant Project Manager at Hamptons Luxury Design & Construction (New York), remotely coordinating luxury residential projects — AutoCAD and Revit design, code compliance, and budget/schedule alignment with U.S.-based teams. Previously, he led architectural coordination and site supervision at JD ING S.A.S., design and documentation at CÚBICA Diseño y Construcción, and technical support on large-scale infrastructure projects at Consorcio IFT.
That dual lens — the technical discipline of architecture and the financial logic of an in-progress MBA — is the foundation of PROIECTA's approach: understanding an asset thoroughly before recommending what to do with it.
